We had bacon wrapped filets with mushrooms, roasted rosemary potatoes and grilled zuchinni. Here's a picture of our romantic meal.
Our favorite dessert on the cruise was passion fruit souffle. I couldn't find a passion fruit souffle recipe but I found a chocolate souffle recipe, so I made that with vanilla sauce. It was soooo good. I also made chocolate dipped strawberries (my personal favorite) They are so romantic!
Here's a picture:
Taylor had a migraine headache that night, so he didn't enjoy the festivities but I thought the meal turned out great!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? That meal looks 5-star-better-than-cruise- food. I am totally impressed. I get teased by the girls in my ward all the time for being a "gourmet cook" (yea right), I wonder where I get it?!? Is it hard being the next Martha Stewart?? Post that chocolate souffle recipe...I wouldn't even know where ot begin. Where's Taylor hiding out in those pictures?:)
This dinner looks so good, I'm licking the computer screen! You're awesome. I'm trying the soufle . . . as soon as I can stand on my leg long enough to cook something!
How romantic!! That was so thoughtful and sweet!! It looked fantastic!!
Might I add my own testimonial that the dinner was totally awesome and better than that dumb old 5-star cruise food. The souffle literally had my eyes rolling to the back of my head in some chocolate induced nirvana. I still have a good buzz going. Isn't she just amazing?!!
Yum! 15 points for presentation! That looks amazing. You're right, the strawberries are giving me Xango flash-backs. Sounds like a good snack for when you visit this week. :)
Your Valentine's dinner looks amazing! Are you going to share the recipes???
