"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

Fun Friday Fall Bikeride

Last Friday, Tom took the afternoon off from "working and paying taxes" and we headed out on a bikeride on the Boise River Greenbelt. It was a beautiful "fall" day that felt like summer. We rode from up on the bench down to the Warm Springs Golf Course and back. We of course had to have a picnic along the way.
Notice Dad's new ride!
It was a great way to spend a fall Friday afternoon.

You two are so cute. A fall bike ride and a picnic, it sounds like a great date idea!

Awwww, to be young and in love again.:) What a romantic afternoon! Guess that's what happens when all your kids are grown up-- time for each other again....

You will all be happy to know that my new "ride" (which looks just like my old ride except for the cool red color) is being safely stored downstairs between outings.

What a fun half-day bike ride! The view of the river is really pretty. I would love to walk/bike the boise greenbelt the next time we visit.
