"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

Snow Day!!!

Holy Cow, we woke up to 6 inches of snow on the ground and it is still snowing. It is crazy. They cancelled school all over the valley. The snow didn't deter my friend and I from walking this morning. It was beautiful.

Then I spent another hour shoveling the sidewalk and driveway.
My arms are going to be sore. It isn't even officially winter yet. Our poor trees haven't even lost their leaves yet. I'm thinking Whitney is going to feel right at home in Boise when she gets home from Russia in TWO WEEKS!!!

Holy Snow!!!! That is beautiful! Don't you wish you had children to enjoy on snow day. I always loved unexpected days off with my kids. I hope you made soup and cookies today.

I can't believe that Whitters gets home in two weeks - crazy! That is so fun that she will be home in time for Christmas! That snow is intense - you are a die-hard going out walking in that. You are one tough Auntie. I'm impressed.

I'm am strangely jealous of your snow. It reminds me of Snowmagedden, only that was 6 inches times 4. Hope there's still some around when we get there!!

Wahoo! 2 weeks, and it's even closer now I'm posting. I'd love to have some snow here. It just flurries, but nothing really sticks.
