Wow it is hard to believe April has come and gone.
We have had a "flurry" of activities that have kept us hopping during the month!
Quite appropriate considering the bunnies
that make an appearance in this blog post.

It has been so fun having Devin and Sarah and family move in with us.
We had such a great Easter.
Eva and Sophie got to go to a ward member's Easter egg hunt,
complete with 1500 hidden Easter eggs and an Easter bunny.

Eva wasn't even afraid of him, the Easter bunny that is.. (she hates mascots)
They also got to see real bunnies. Another ward member brought a basket full of newborn bunnies. They were so soft and cute.
Hopefully the bunnies survived the man handling
of all the little Easter egg hunters.

Don't you love Sophie's bed head??

Don't look so excited Eva!
Aren't they such a beautiful family!
We invited Grandma and Grandpa Charlie
and Missy and Jedd and family over for Easter dinner. Sarah made these
delicious strawberry-rhubarb pies.
Nothing says spring to me more than a strawberry rhubarb pie.
YUM!
We had a delicious Easter Feast with Grandma Gabe's ham loaf, augratin potatoes, lemon pudding fruit salad, asparagus,
Missy's delicious rolls, fresh pineapple and a yummy spring green salad and strawberry-rhubarb pie for dessert.

Eva and Sophie loved having some cousins to play with.

We get kind of boring.
Good looking group of people!
The Broadway touring company of WICKED has been on tour in Boise for the past two weeks. We got to go to a performance last week.
It was AWESOME!
Don't we look wickedly happy?! I even wore my Wicked shirt.
Last Sunday after Stake Conference.
Sarah made these delicious Belgian waffles.
They are made with a yeast batter and are so good.
I'm not a huge waffle fan but these are irresistible
with strawberries and whipped cream.
We got a visit from our favorite Uncle Weasel as Eva and Sophie like to call him. Taylor finished his winter semester at BYU and came home for a few days. It was so fun having him around. He even helped me teach my early morning Seminary class on Tuesday morning before he headed back to Provo.

And finally to conclude this April saga, Tom and I went to hear the BYU Singers at Jewett Auditorium in Caldwell last evening. They were so good and like every performing group at BYU they bring the spirit with them wherever they perform. It was worth the drive to my old stomping/dance recital grounds
to hear and see them perform.
