We've had a very busy start to spring as we march into March.
We of course had to attend the High School State basketball tournament at the Idaho Center the first weekend of the month.
We made it a family affair this year with Grandpa Charlie, Devin, Eva and Sophie.
3 generations of Morris basketball players
I've made some fun spring projects like this plate
and had the woodwork in my family room painted white.
I LOVE it!
We've had Tommy's first hot tub party.
He was thrilled! (he really was)
Our ward boundaries were changed a few weeks ago but before the split,
the Mountain View ward Young Women got together up in Garden Valley for a YW retreat.
One of the Beehive's grandparents live up in Garden Valley and they graciously let us use their beautiful home for a sleepover.
We had a blast!
We played games,
Watched movies
I love these girls and leaders!
Some of us slept!
Had delicious dutch oven meals cooked by our host, Tyler Haws.
and we went swimming at a great hotsprings at Terrace Lakes.
We even enjoyed a delicious raclette lunch.
Somebody's got to teach these young women about
Swiss culture ;)
The following day they realigned our ward's boundaries and Bishop Morris was released after 4 years and 10 months.
Here's a picture of the counselors and executive secretaries that served with him during his tenure.
He did a fabulous job and served valiantly.
He will be missed as will 5 of my young women who are now in another ward.
