"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

Valentine's Week!

Nothing like celebrating Valentine's day for a week! The Activity day girls in our ward decorated the Bishop's door. Isn't that awesome?
For mutual that week, we hosted a Junior/Senior Sock Hop and invited all the elderly in the ward for dinner and games.
It was a great success!

We celebrated Charlie and Lucille's 70th anniversary with
dinner out at Texas Roadhouse.
What a great example they are!
On Valentine's day, I babysat Eva, Sophie and Tommy, so Devin and Sarah could go on a date.
You have to make sugar cookies for Valentine's day!
Eva drew chalk art Valentine's on the driveway
This boy is a Heart Breaker!
Love him!
Tom came through BIG Time by taking me to
Barbacoa for dinner
Plus getting me roses and a delicious chocolate mousse.

You gotta LOVE a Valentine's week celebration!

What a great idea for the Young Women to do, to have a dinner and games night for the elderly. Such cute pics of the grandkids!
