"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

MLK Day

Tom took work off on Martin Luther King day and we headed up to Cascade and went cross country skiing. It was a beautiful blue sky day and the snow was perfect. We skied and then had a picnic (of course) and then skied some more.

When we got back to Boise, we took Taylor out to dinner at Outback for his birthday. There's nothing better than meat for this carnivore boy!

They gave him a free "chocolate thunder from down under" for his birthday! Lucky kid!
