Saturday night we hosted about 30 young single adults for a branch progressive dinner. We started at the Hathaway's (the branch president's home) for appetizers, then came to our house for salads. I served bowtie pasta (thanks Kay for the bowtie pasta salad recipe, they LOVED it!) and caesar salad. After eating salad, we walked to the Carr's house for the main course and dessert. The Carr's served pulled pork and chips, and we had a yummy chocolate mint cake for dessert. It was a great activity with lots of great food.
"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson
