A few months ago, I started formulating my plan for a remodeled bathroom. Our house is about 20 years old and we had beige carpet in our bathroom, and a 5-inch white tile counter-top and shower. The white grout separating the tiles on the counter-top and in the shower was a pain to keep clean and it had started crumbling away in the wettest portion of the shower.
BEFORE:
So, enter my friend Bill, the tile guy. I told him my plan and he put it all together. We put travertine tile on the floor and in the shower with an awesome glass block design and granite bench, and then chose a granite for the countertops including the one in my powder room.
AFTER:
My awesome,frame-less glass shower door.
I love my new and improved bathroom.

WOW!! Looks much better! I'm sure you won't miss that white tile anytime soon.
Isn't it amazing how much of a lift it gives to update and refresh a room? It just makes me feel happy inside to wake up to aesthetically pleasing surroundings. Nice job, Joan!
Wow!!! Holy cow. That's looks awesome. I'm going to have to try out the shower next time. :)
