"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

New Look Window Treatments

I just changed the window treatments in my Living and dining rooms.
These window treatments were in the home when we bought it.
They were very formal and nicely done, but just not me.

It was really hard to get a good picture because we have so much more light coming in from the windows.
Recognize that chair? It was in my Mom and Dad's home right by the piano. I had it reupholstered and now it is my piano teaching chair.

I like it! The fabric pattern has a French looking design and goes well with the furniture and decor of the room! Good job!

Love it, Joan! So much lighter and airier! The chair looks beautiful and will make you think of our mama as you teach piano. So pretty!

You opened it up, Joan, with that change. Good work! I surely do remember that chair. Glad you renewed it to enjoy.

Wow! That DOES look really different! So much better-- I never really did like those curtains the Long's had.
