Remember how last time I posted I said what
wonderful fall weather we had been having??
Well that all came to a crashing halt on November 13 when we had a record snowfall. We had at least 8 inches of snow fall in Boise which is pretty much unheard of in January, let alone November. To make it all the worse, we had record breaking low temperatures the whole next week where the temperature didn't get above 25 F.
The snow didn't start melting until November 22 so we were stuck driving on icy roads and shoveling hardened snow/ice.
Notice all the leaves still on the trees? Well, we have had at least a dozen branches break off of the trees out front from the weight of the leaves and snow.
Lovely.
Snowbirding in St. George is looking better and better.
