We attended Taylor's end of the season tennis banquet last night. It is sad to think that that is probably the last official Capital high school activity we'll attend as parents. Taylor earned all sorts of academic and tennis awards. Here's some pictures from the event.

This calls for one of my favorite lines from a Boz Skaggs' song: "Why can't you just get it through your head, it's oooooover!" Sadly, a little part of me just died. Peace out.
Aaaagh, Eva was sitting on my lap looking at those pictures but I didn't think she would have to look into the face of death!!! Why would you include that picture of Mr. Burns, I mean Coach Campbell? It's so disturbing on so many levels. Now my daughter will be forever haunted by his face just like all of my siblings. I think it's about time that old bag finally calls it quits...

Ouch. Poor Coach Campbell. You'd better be careful he doesn't check this blog and decide to haunt your dreams for the rest of your life Devin. That's so cool Taylor is in the hall of fame. Am I the ONLY Morris NOT to have done anything particularly awesome while at Capital?? Hmph.
Who in the heck is Boz Skaggs?!? Is there any relation to one of my other unknown favorites Douglas Spotted Eagle?
