"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

Book Club After Christmas Party
I have been a member of T.H.E. (Talk, Hear, and Eat) Book Club (we had to have a name to get group discounts at Barnes and Noble) for the past 28 years. We have an annual Book Club Christmas party where we invite the husbands to come and join in our festivities. The last few years we have had our party in January after Christmas because December is so busy with family, work and church parties. We hosted our party this year and we had a great time as usual.
We served Asian food and then did white elephant gifts and played games. The white elephant gifts are always the highlight of the party. This year the two most desired gifts were a "troll" Christmas stocking
and these "cougar" slippers.
We actually think they are lions, but since we love BYU, we decided they were cougars. Tom ended up with the slippers and plans on wearing them at the High Adventure this summer.

Those slippers are the perfect compliment to the wolf-man shirt. Great grab!
