"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

Farewell Patty and Hal!

Patty and Hal spoke in their ward's Sacrament meeting on Sunday, July 21.
They are headed to the Berlin Germany mission to work with the
YSA's in the Institute.
John and Cindy were kind enough to drive down to Utah, so I hitched a ride.
We all met at Sundance for dinner on Friday night.
It was so fun seeing all of Patty and Hal's kids and grandkids.
Saturday, after the guys golfed, we got to see Jessica and Adam's son Liam get blessed and then we helped Patty get ready for the big dinner on Sunday.
Patty had a delicious brunch after the baby blessing.

Patty and Hal have such a beautiful home for entertaining large crowds.

Allison's cute baby Eleanor. She like me as long as she could see her Mom.

Evan and Kelly have a climbing wall in their basement and all the Mickelsen grandkids love climbing. It was amazing to see what they could do.

Evan and Kelly have their very own"Y" mountain.
Go Cougars!!

Evan and Kelly hosted us for panini's for dinner.
Patty and Hal both gave excellent talks in Sacrament meeting and then hosted us for a delicious dinner.
They are such great missionaries and examples to us all!

 We missed you Kay!

I will miss you Patty and Hal! Thanks for hosting us.
See you next summer in Germany!
