Missy invited us over last week for a Cinco de Mayo celebration. We planned to have it closer to the 5th of May, but ended up having it on May 10, so we decided to celebrate Dias de Mayo instead of Cinco de Mayo. Missy made cafe rio pork and we ate "killer burritos", salad, strawberries and black berries and yummy dip, pina coladas and ice cream cake for dessert. It was a great way to celebrate the 10th of May and I think we'll make it an annual tradition :)

I learn more about what Missy is doing from your blog than from her :) Not really, but kind of. It's been fun to see your blog & what a fun dinner with those cute kids I never get to see. That pic of Whitney on your sidebar is adorable. She really is the cutest sister missionary.
What a fun dinner! The food sounds yummy, and the company even better.
