"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

Graduation Time!

Taylor graduated from Seminary last Sunday! It was such a busy weekend with tennis, then seminary graduation, then high school graduation. Taylor, Chad, Colton and 3 other friends, sang a musical number "Because I Have Been Given Much" and they did GREAT! They will be fantastic missionaries.
Grandma and Grandpa came and supported Taylor at graduation and then we had a family dinner afterwards at our house.
I think Taylor and Colton added about 30 years to their seminary teacher, Brother Featherstone's life, (let's just say I don't think he's sad they are graduating)

Monday night was Capital High School's graduation at Taco Bell Arena (no they didn't serve tacoes). After a long ceremony (there were over 500 graduates), Taylor graduated with honors! Afterwards he attended the "All night party" at the BSU student union building. We chaperoned for the first two hours. It looked like they were having a great time celebrating!
Congratulations Taylor! We are so proud of you and your many accomplishments! Now it is time to enter the real world and find a job. BYU here he comes!

Since when does Taylor sing? The only singing I've heard Taylor do is a very unique rendition of "I'm a Little Teapot". Oh, and congrats on graduating! BYU won't know what hit'em when you and Colt get there.

Congrats Taylor! It's hard to believe that the youngest Gabrielsen cousin is now entering college!

Congrats, Taylor! And congrats to his parents, too . . . this is the last time you will have to go through high school! :)

I can't believe that it snowed! Your flower pots are gorgeous.

The fact that Taylor sang in a trio took me off guard as well. Jon, I think you meant "This Little Light of Mine," not the teapot song. Taylor was quite good at that one. CONGRATS Beanold. The time of your life at BYU awaits!
