"So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment."—Thomas S. Monson

Morris Family Mayhem!

On Saturday, we got home from camping and we were greeted by Whitney, Sarah P, Sophie and Eva. They had driven home together from Provo. We hurried and got our camping stuff put away and got ready for the Morris Family Reunion at our home later that afternoon. We wanted to celebrate Charlie and Lucille's 85th birthdays so we had a family gathering. It was so fun for Lucille to have all her great grandkids together playing and swimming.
We had a barbecue, and visited and took pictures and we shared 85 memories with Grandma and Grandpa. We had a great time reconnecting. Happy Birthday Charlie and Lucille!
We kept busy the week before Taylor's farewell. Whitney planned a fun birthday party for all the summer birthdays. We played games, had a pinata,

and had yummy birthday cake.
Grandpa Tom Tom even got in on the fun.
Devin flew into Boise on Tuesday. We kept the festivities going and we went to "Alive After Five" in downtown Boise and had a picnic in Ann Morrison Park.

The girls were tired of tending kids, cooking and doing dishes so we had a GNO and went to dinner at Bardenay in downtown Boise and then had mud pie at Murphy's. Sara's face says it all.
We went on bike rides
and had ice cream at Delsa's.
The kids played at the park while the boys played soccer with the guys in our ward. Can I just mention how impressed I am by the "old geezer" Bishop. He kept right up with the younguns out on the soccer field.
We had a huge swim party
and then a picnic catered by Cafe Rio! And all these parties just led up to the festivities celebrating Taylor's mission call. Up next, "Farewell to Taylor".

Can you say Party Animals? No wonder you looked exhausted when you came to my house. Wow! And you haven't even got to the big party yet!
