We started out sharing a plate of chicken terriyaki noodles, Tom's favorite.
Then we shared a cheeseburger with grilled onions, Joan's favorite but we ate it so quick, I forgot to take a picture.
We wandered around and visited all the animals, these little piglets were so cute!

We went to the "Kool and the Gang" concert. It was fantastic! For those of you who don't know who "Kool and the Gang" is, think "Celebrate, Good Times Come on".
After the concert, Tom polished off a corn dog while we wandered through the midway.
Then we ended our food frenzy with an Ice cream potato (Whitney's favorite).
We picked the hottest day of the year to go to the fair, but we had a wonderful time! I'm missing that fair food already!

Gotta love fair food! And I totally know who Kool and the Gang are, I used to clog to that song. In fact I'm sure Tricia still knows all the steps to it!!
You guys have had lots of fun things you have done this summer! And I Want that ice cream potato! Yum!

Mmmmmm, sounds delish and oh so bad for you! How come I've never had an ice cream potato? Sounds like I need to make it to the fair next summer.
I LOVE fair food!!! Mmmmm funnel cake! Some of my favorite Summer memories are of going to the Canyon County fair!
